Software Company Diginius Confirmed as Event Partner
Innovative software and solutions provider, Diginius, has been announced as an official event partner of the Farmfoods European Legends Links Championship as the Legends Tour kicks off in style this June.
Held at Cornwall’s Trevose Golf & Country Club close to Padstow, this is the second edition of the event, returning after a pandemic hit 2020 season, attracting some of the biggest names in the sport, including the likes of Ian Woosnam OBE and Paul Lawrie OBE.
Helping businesses grow sales and leads online, Diginius’ digital platform enables people to monitor their website’s performance, review their digital marketing campaigns, stay on top of social media, review online advertising and receive real time data and reports on their digital performance. All through one easy to use dashboard.
Diginius’ software gives companies all the insights they need to be more impactful in the digital world, with further support offered on pay-per-click advertising and staff training in a variety of areas.
Nate Burke is Diginius’ founder and CEO and he explained why they made the decision to get on board with the event.
“Having seen just how successful this event was in 2019, we jumped at the chance to get involved again this year. Trevose is one of the most beautiful locations in the UK. Combine the stunning scenery with a golf event of this calibre, and the decision is very simple,” he said.
“Our work sees us support a host of businesses up and down the country. Supporting an event like the Farmfoods European Legends Links Championship means we can introduce our offering to an even wider range companies in need of digital support.”
Several golfing legends will battle it out for the championship title and the €50,000 prize that comes with it, including the event host, 1991 Masters’ winner Ian Woosnam OBE.
He will be joined by some stellar names from the sport, including 1999 Open winner Paul Lawrie OBE, Ryder Cup captain Thomas Bjørn, European Tour winner and Ryder Cup player Peter Baker and five-time European Tour winner Barry Lane.
Tim Munton is director of sport at event organisers Champions (UK) plc and discussed the partnership in more detail.
“At Champions, we’ve seen first-hand just how effective Diginius’ services can be, so we’re delighted they’ve made the decision to support this year’s Farmfoods European Legends Links Championship as event partners,” he said.
“Without the support of sponsors like Dignius our events wouldn’t be the same, so we’d like to take this opportunity to thank them for their support so far.”
